Gentle Five-Organ Qi Regulation Exercise Course Description

This is a classic internal cultivation practice originating from the Wudang Taoist tradition, specifically designed for modern people as a "visceral stress relief technique." Without complex movements, it uses the gentlest actions to clear qi and blood from the outside in, effectively relieving internal fatigue caused by stress, prolonged sitting, and emotional accumulation, and restoring balance and vitality from within.

I. This course is suitable for:

These are often external signals of imbalances in the five internal organs' qi. This course does not directly treat diseases, but aims to regulate the internal environment that produces these sub-health conditions at their root.

II. Course Features:
• Following the natural way, gentle and safe: The movements are fluid and extremely gentle, without any strenuous or difficult requirements, suitable for all ages and physical conditions.
• Targeted conditioning, simultaneous regulation of the five organs: Each movement corresponds to one of the five organs (liver, heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys), providing both specific clearing and emphasizing systemic balance.
• Cultivating both body and mind, achieving unity of body and spirit: Going beyond ordinary exercises, it focuses on the coordination of "intention, qi, and form," practicing mindfulness and deep relaxation during exercise.
• Simplifying complexity, easy to learn and use: Stripping away complex theories, it distills the core principles, allowing beginners to quickly grasp and integrate them into daily life.
