I. Core Philosophy of the Course
This course is not simply a series of physical exercises, but rather an art of mind-body integration that uses movement as a medium, breath as a guide, and intention as a unifying force. It is rooted in the core theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that "the spleen is the foundation of acquired constitution and the source of qi and blood production," believing that:

• The spleen governs transformation and transportation: It not only transforms and transports nutrients from food, but also "transforms" emotions and thoughts.
• The spleen governs the muscles: Strengthening the limbs indirectly strengthens the spleen and stomach.
• The spleen governs intention: Through focused intention, it can directly regulate the qi of the spleen and stomach.

Therefore, this course aims to achieve a triple benefit of "strengthening muscles externally, regulating qi internally, and nourishing the mind and spirit" through a series of carefully designed traditional Qigong movements, combined with breathing and intention, ultimately achieving the fundamental goals of strengthening the spleen, harmonizing the stomach, generating qi and blood, and strengthening the body.

II. Course Features:
1. Safe and accessible: Gentle movements, no difficult postures, suitable for all ages.
2. Mind-body integration: Addresses physical form, breathing, and intention, relieving stress-related gastrointestinal problems.
3. Practical for daily life: Some movements can be broken down and practiced during work breaks or after meals.

• Important Notes:
• Best time: 7-9 AM (stomach meridian active) or 9-11 AM (spleen meridian active). Practice one hour after meals.
• Clothing: Loose clothing, flat shoes, or barefoot.
• Contraindications: Not suitable when overly full, overly hungry, during pregnancy, or with acute abdominal pain. Patients with serious illnesses should consult their doctor.
